Senate Majority Leader Judy Robson (D-Beloit) said she would continue to negotiate with Huebsch and Assembly Republicans this week, but if no progress is made, the Senate would go to the floor to act on a new version of the budget to be introduced by Doyle.But she also pointed the finger at Republicans who she said don’t want to see a budget passed.

“This budget is 100 days late because Assembly Republicans signaled all the way back in April that they had no interest in doing a state budget,” Robson said.

Sorry Sen. Robson.  Either you are stupid or a liar… and I don’t think you are stupid.

In April, they said they had no interest in doing YOUR state budget.

• The one that attacks the poor by increasing cigarette taxes.
• The one that raised taxes by $15 BILLION dollars to create a horrible, socialist health care system in Wisconsin.  (I’ll give you a pass on that one since you were never serious about it to begin with, but still… it’s that same budget we are talking about.)
• The one that raises taxes on hospital patients.
• The one that raises the cost of gas (again) in Wisconsin.  Not to mention the state having to spend money on a lawsuit by the oil companies, which we will most assuredly lose.

Call me cynical Sen. Robson, but I bet you knew exactly what they meant.
